1: If the mesh belt appears to run piece of bias phenomenon, adjust the tensioning shaft at the end of the driven shaft, should be adjusted slowly, do not remember to adjust quickly, causing the edge of the mesh belt scraping damage.

2：If the mesh belt is shaking, check the conveyor frame and the conveyor tunnel rollers for rusting and refusing to turn, and adjust them one by one.

3：If the chain-driven belt jumps and runs unstably, check whether the chain wheel at both ends of the active shaft is synchronized and whether the teeth are excessively worn.
